Chargeback & Refund Policy

At Easypaydoor, we strive to provide secure and transparent payment services. This Chargeback & Refund Policy explains the procedures and timelines for refunds and chargebacks processed through our platform.

1. Refund Policy:
Merchants are responsible for managing refunds for products and services sold to customers.
Customers seeking a refund should contact the respective merchant directly. Upon approval of a refund request by the merchant, the refund shall be initiated and processed.
Refunds are generally processed within 15 business days from the date of approval, subject to banking partner and payment network timelines.

Refund timelines may vary depending on:
Payment method used
Banking processes
Regulatory requirements
National and bank holidays
(Refunds shall be credited back to the original source of payment wherever applicable.)

2. Chargeback Policy:
A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a transaction through their bank or card issuer.

Customers must raise any chargeback or transaction dispute within 15 days from the date of the transaction. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted or processed, subject to applicable banking and network rules.

Chargebacks may arise due to reasons including:
Unauthorized transactions
Duplicate payments
Non-delivery of goods or services
Product or service disputes
Fraud-related concerns

3. Merchant Responsibilities (Merchants agree to):
Deliver products and services as described.
Maintain clear refund and cancellation policies.
Preserve transaction records and customer communications.
Respond promptly to dispute requests.
(Failure to provide supporting documentation within the specified time may result in the dispute being resolved in favor of the customer.)

4. Dispute Resolution Process:
A dispute or chargeback request is received.
The merchant is notified of the dispute.
Relevant documents and evidence are collected.
The matter is reviewed in accordance with applicable banking and card network guidelines.
The final decision of the issuing bank or payment network shall be binding on all parties.
